Our mission to ensure our patients face
their journey with comfort and dignity is the force
behind our ability to sustain our reputation as the
provider of choice. However, as mentioned earlier, we
never get comfortable in our approach to care. In our
pursuit of excellence, we recently asked our families
to tell us how we’ve been doing. Our questions
included everything from satisfaction with the team,
to family involvement in care to promptness of staff.
Reading their responses was a wonderful experience,
as their comments were overwhelmingly positive. Their
comments reinforced that our efforts have not gone unnoticed
and are appreciated.
